Healthy Downtown Charleston Restaurants

At HCCF, we know that true health and fitness starts with the food we put in our bodies. We also know that life happens, and sometimes meal prep and food prep do not.

Whether you are one of our regular members or you’re visiting us from out of town, this list of “HCCF approved” restaurants will help keep you on track when life tries to do otherwise.

At most of these restaurants, you’ll find a decal in the window indicating that they are on the HCCF Approved list. Inside, you’ll find at least one menu item (often times more!) that are listed below as the options we recommend.

We’ve also included a map that identifies the Holy City Fitness gym location, as well as where these restaurants are in relation to the gym itself, and icons to indicate whether they are walking or biking distance.

If you’re without a bike, check out Holy Spokes to grab a bike in town.
